You will already have received instructions via an email from David as to how you will be required to log on differently. It's easier than before.
When you get to the Outlook Web Access login page, tick the box to indicate that you are using a Private computer and enter your login name as:
yourname@futures.college (with yourname being gwinn, hwood, etc.)
Please enter your usual network password and everything should look and feel the same.
As advised, there will be a delay in accessing all your previously received emails whilst they are exported from the old server and imported to the new one. We expect this to take less than 24 hours.
