I suggest that you uninstall any previous versions in order to get a clean and successful install. You can do this by going to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, selecting Ranger Outpost and choosing to uninstall the application.

We have experienced some delays due to a reliance on third party support not being as quick and efficient as we would have liked....The majority of the systems and services are now available to you, i.e. Email, Serco, Ericom, etc. however, Ranger Outpost still needs some work. It appears that we have lost the Internet connection at the college this weekend (27/28 June) which is what is preventing anyone getting to their Email or ePortal.Unfortunately, it is not something we can resolve offsite so it will have to wait until Monday for investigation.The downtime was due to the Local Authority working on their upgrade to the network.
